Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.At times of peak demand, last minute changes to booked accommodation prior to arrival may result in the booked accommodation being charged to the guest if the dates booked are not re-sold.
Should you decide after check-in to depart earlier than the nights booked and we fail to re-sell the cancelled nights, the tarrif is chargeable to the guest. Refunds are only made if the unit is re-let.
